Description: This project involved the conversion of a single apartment into two distinct living spaces, Apartment A and Apartment B. This portfolio focuses specifically on Apartment A, which spans approximately 145 square meters. The transformation journey encompassed structural enhancements, meticulous space planning, and a thoughtfully curated design. The entire process was completed between April and September 2021.

Minimalist Elegance: Apartment A's design ethos embraces minimalism, incorporating soothing nature-inspired colors and warm natural wood tones. The introduction of handmade rush wood elements adds a touch of authenticity and uniqueness to the space. The minimalist design approach not only imparts a sense of spaciousness but also ensures the creation of a timeless atmosphere while maximizing functional utility.

Client-Centric Design: The client, who invested in an apartment within this project, was inspired by our portfolio showcasing the successful conversion of similar spaces. Our past achievements in creating two separate apartments within a single unit motivated and convinced the client of the potential for successful rental opportunities.
